This book is a snapshot of my life over one crazy summer, the lessons I learned, and some of the adventures I’ve had.

A great example of Lifestyle Design: Consciously planning your career, social life, and hobbies in a combination that maximizes your output for all three and achieves your goals, as opposed to being at the mercy of fate.

The Goal: I had three months to hit the gym hard, finish my metal album, and write a book, all while making time for meditation and going on a spiritual retreat.
