Wall Street Global Trading Academy Index Review: The Short Answer
Wall Street Global Trading Academy (WSGTA) is a rules-based day trading system for futures and stocks taught by people who spent their careers on the New York Stock Exchange floor. Its core message is that chart reading is the easy part; behaviour is the hard part. Every setup has a binary trigger, every trade uses a bracket order, and every day has a goal and a stop.
The complete folder-by-folder index — every lesson, PDF and mentorship date — is on the Wall Street Global Trading Academy product page. This review explains how the system fits together and walks through one trade with real contract math. For another futures approach, see our E-mini Day Trading Boot Camp index review.

Inside the Files: Lessons Short, Mentorship Long
The structured lessons are compact — the entire 61-lesson futures course runs about 6 hours — while the weekly mentorship recordings make up roughly 80% of the runtime. Learn the rules in a week, then watch them applied through 15 months of live markets.

Six setups, binary triggers
The Trend Trade buys pullbacks to the 9 and 15 EMAs in a “ski slope” trend — never before 9:45, at lunch or after 3:00. The Regular Moving Average Trade takes the first touch of the 30, 65 or 200 EMA, a pivot or VWAP after a big move. The Far From Moving Average Trade fades stretched moves with RSI ≥80 or ≤20 and is the only setup allowed during news. The Momentum Trade, Double Tops & Bottoms and the daily/weekly swing trades complete the set. “Having a line on a chart does not mean it’s a trade.”
Fibonacci as a ruler
“For our purposes, the Fibonacci is a ruler. That’s all it is.” Fib levels are used only to confirm confluence with existing levels, alongside the 2-standard-deviation VWAP band — never to create new trades on their own.
Case Study: An ES-Style Trend Trade on Micro Contracts
The Trend Trade lessons (45–48) give exact rules in futures points. Below we apply them to two MES contracts so the dollar math is visible. Contract values are from the “Understanding Ticks and Points” lesson; the trade itself is an illustration of the rules, not a recorded result.
📊 Case study — Trend Trade rules applied to 2 MES contracts
| Contract math |
ES = $50 per point ($12.50 per tick). MES = $5 per point ($1.25 per tick) — the course tells beginners to start on MES, not NQ. |
| Condition |
A clean “ski slope” trend after 9:45, outside lunch, before 3:00; the 9 and 15 EMAs no more than 2.5 points apart. |
| Entries |
Contract 1 at the 9 EMA, contract 2 at the 15 EMA (up to 2.5 points lower). |
| Stop |
4 points beyond the second entry. Worst case: contract 1 risks up to 6.5 points, contract 2 risks 4 points → up to 10.5 points × $5 = $52.50 on MES (≈ $525 on ES). |
| Exits |
First contract out at +2–3 points. In the three-contract version the course scales out at 3–5 and 7–10 points and holds the last; if only the 9 EMA order fills, the position is held with the stop trailed below the 15 EMA. |
| Invalidation |
Price moves 3–5 points through the 15 EMA — the trend is broken. |
All parameters from the Trend Trade Rules lesson and PDF; dollar figures are our arithmetic on those rules. Every trade is placed as a bracket order.

Quick Test: Would You Pass the WSGTA Rules?
🧠 3-question knowledge check
Answer in your head first, then tap a question to check. All answers come from the course lessons.
Q1. It is 9:35 and a perfect pullback to the 9 EMA appears. Enter the Trend Trade?
Answer: No. No Trend Trade entries before 9:45, during lunch or after 3:00.
Q2. A big economic release is minutes away. Which setup is still allowed?
Answer: Only the Far From Moving Average Trade; for everything else, have no orders out around red or black news events.
Q3. You are up for the day and give back 20% of the gain. What now?
Answer: Stop trading. “We will never turn a winning day into a losing day. Ever.”

Final Verdict — Wall Street Global Trading Academy Index Review 2026
Wall Street Global Trading Academy is the most rules-driven course in this group. Six named setups, fixed stops, bracket orders, time windows, a daily goal and a three-loss limit turn trading into a checklist — taught by people who watched markets from the NYSE floor for decades. If your problem is behaviour rather than charts, this is the program that addresses it head-on. “Operate the system. Don’t try to be the system.”
