Since some of you prefer the GTO approach to the game, which is a more essential part as the lineups get tougher, we have created our first GTO HU preflop charts for 50a and 100a.

Each volume covers every preflop scenario, e.g. which hands we should open, the raise size, which hands to defend, when to 3-bet or when to call. It uses a pot size bet sizing for opens to 5 ante and also 5a vs. BTN limps. For non-allin 3-betting it uses a sizing of 17 ante.

Unlike other GTO charts that you might find on the market, our charts were solved with rake taken into account, which makes a huge difference when you want to play an optimal strategy. There is a significant difference in solutions with no rake accounted for, compared to with rake.

We have factored in rake based on the rake settings of SD500 (5$ ante) on PokerStars, but they are also going to be a good baseline for midstakes games.

You don’t need to be a GTO expert to understand and use these charts. We have added two pages of text with important information on GTO including the terminology used in the charts.
